Who is HDKNIFE (Hyundai Knife Co.)?

HDKNIFE is a Korean precision industrial knife and blade manufacturer based in Daegu, Republic of Korea, established in 1990 with over 35 years of in-house manufacturing experience. We hold ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management certifications, and maintain an archive of over 4,700 custom blade designs accumulated from continuous OEM production for tier-1 Korean materials makers.

What types of industrial blades do you manufacture?

We manufacture slitter knives, shredder blades, crusher blades, paper and film slitting knives, nonwoven fabric slitters, packaging and tape cutting blades, automatic packaging machinery blades, rubber sheet cutting blades, conveyor belt blades, plastic pellet cutters, food slicer blades, meat processing blades, steel and aluminum slitting knives, semiconductor process precision knives, copper foil and separator film slitting blades for lithium battery electrode production, and any custom drawing-based blade.

What materials can you process?

We process Tungsten Carbide (WC), High-Speed Steel HSS (SKH51), Alloy Tool Steel SKD11 and SKD61, Stainless SUS440C and SUS304, and Carbon Steel SK5. Optional heat treatment, polish finishing, and surface coatings such as TiN and DLC are also available.

How do I request a quote?

Submit your drawing or specification through our Customer Inquiry page, or email it to highdef@hdknife.com. We respond with a quote within 24 hours. If you do not have a drawing, we can jointly develop specifications based on your application environment, target material, and existing blade samples.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. HDKNIFE supplies OEM industrial blades to customers in Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, the United States, and worldwide. We exhibited at METALEX Vietnam 2025 and actively serve Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia OEM markets.

Can you handle low-MOQ custom orders?

Yes. Low-MOQ custom orders with fast lead time are a core strength of HDKNIFE. Since all blades are manufactured 100% in-house with no outsourcing using double-sided grinders, cylindrical grinders, tool grinders, and CNC milling, we accommodate small-batch and multi-spec orders efficiently. New drawings go through pre-production sample validation before mass production.
