PRODUCTION PROCESS
HD KNIFE produces high-quality products through its own production process.
(1) Material Preparation
High-grade tool steels are cut and prepared precisely
to ensure dimensional accuracy for subsequent machining.
(2) Laser & Machining Cut
High-precision laser cutting forms circular, rectangular,
and custom-shaped blanks with clean edges and minimal distortion.
(3) Heat Treatment
Vacuum and gas heat-treatment processes enhance hardness and wear resistance
while minimizing distortion according to material properties.
(4) Primary Grinding & Surface Processing
After heat treatment, primary grinding ensures flatness and parallelism,
preparing the base geometry for the final grinding process.
(5) Circular Knife Grinding & Polishing
Circular knives are precision-ground and polished at micron-level accuracy
to minimize cutting resistance and achieve sharp, uniform edges.
(6) Straight Knife Grinding & Polishing
Straight knives are finely ground and polished with customized angles
to ensure consistent cutting performance for industrial applications.
(7) Inspection & Quality Control
Dimensional, hardness, and surface inspections are performed on every knife
to maintain high product consistency and minimize defects.
(8) Packaging & Shipping
Each knife is individually vacuum-sealed to prevent rust, moisture, and contamination,
then safely shipped to domestic and international customers.
