All blades produced 100% in-house using double-sided grinding machines, cylindrical grinders, tool grinders, and CNC milling. Materials include Tungsten Carbide (WC), HSS (SKH51), SKD11, SKD61, SUS440C, SUS304 and SK5 carbon steel, with optional heat treatment, polish finishing, and surface coating (TiN, DLC).
